ALSconnect: An Expanded Alternative Learning System (ALS) serves as an intervention to strengthen the participation of Out of School Children and Youth (OSCYs) in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program. It highlights a user-friendly tutorial mode, the virtual campus. The ALS Connect website hoped that the Basic Education will be accessible to the OSCYs who will become the “solid investment for the future” of our country.
